We have been using CouchDB and PouchDB for many years and really enjoy having direct contact with the developers for support and also receiving their expert feedback on our system architecture.
Our Architecture review process is designed to ensure the least possible exposure of your database. We have no direct access to your data, and you have complete control over all code that is run and all data that is transmitted to us.
We aim to provide your report within 5 business days of receiving all your information.

What to expect:
- After your purchase you can download a detailed questionnaire to capture information about your CouchDB setup and use case.
- You download and run our Opservatory collector software (a node.js CLI application), which gathers diagnostic data from your CouchDB clusters. This collector does not access your actual database content or transmit data anywhere, it just produces a zipped package of JSON with statistics and diagnostic information from your CouchDB. You can inspect the collector code before you run it, and the collector payload before you send it to us.
- You then email us the questionnaire and collector payload. Once we have everything, we analyse the data alongside the details you provided and produce your report within 5 business days.
Once you receive your architecture review report, you can choose to book a call with our CouchDB Team to talk about the results, and/or book three CouchDB Support tickets to get hands-on help.
