What to expect:
- Use the enquiry form or reach out to our team so we can create your offer. As soon as you agree, we’ll invite your teammates to our support desk.
- You can immediately use the support desk or email to send us issues. You can also request an in-depth inspection of your setup. By optimising your setup with an analysis to kick things off, we’re able to offer more efficient ongoing support and ensure we’re not creating any technical debt.
- We will also get you set up with Opservatory, our monitoring tool, to help both your team and ours gain a better understanding of your CouchDB.
Our Production Support includes two ticket types:
- Production Tickets for concrete problems and critical tasks affecting your operations, like a server failure or live upgrade monitoring.
- Development Tickets for questions, reviews and infrastructural tasks, like establishing best practices, reviewing data design and assistance with upgrading.
Unused tickets do not roll over to the next month — this helps us provision our capacity. That said, we aim to help you make the most of our service and of CouchDB however we’re able to.
