Each seat purchased entitles one person (email address) to SQS-related support from our CouchDB experts and the developers of SQS.

If our capacities are fully utilised, there may be waiting times or limited availability in support. Support at other times or for questions that go beyond the product itself is only offered by us against payment of an additional fee.
