This is a supplementary service package that can be added to an Architecture Review. It is essentially a very short-term version of our CouchDB Support limited to Development Tickets, since we cannot respond to urgent problems you might have in production. Our CouchDB Consulting or Support is suitable if you require more urgent or long-term assistance.
Development Tickets allow you to ask questions regarding your CouchDB infrastructure. Including the results of the Architecture Review you will be able to discuss three technical questions via email without signing a long-term support contract.
You can book the support package while booking the Architecture Review or later, using the same email address you used for booking the Architecture Review itself.
In addition to the package you can also have a 60 minutes call with one expert of our CouchDB Support team, depending on availability.
